The interview highlights the undersides of the law, “the emergence of a rather consensual law with the actors”, its challenges, its potential for innovation whose measure is not yet fully taken. It brings the perspective of a builder of a unified SSE but still not open-ended, which by emphasizing the polysemy of ESS as both a strength and an immense weakness, also calls for a plural academic research for a renewed understanding of the world, to animate the collective will of SSE actors to project themselves into something greater while anchoring themselves in its fundamentals. |
