Tóm tắt:In a strategic environment marked by the return of the struggle for power, information has become a weapon manipulated by various players. Information warfare has three dimensions: the struggle « for », « against » and « through » information. While these concepts are ancient, new technologies are revolutionizing practices. The players in this war are diversifying: states are being joined by individuals and digital platforms. The guilty passivity of the latter now plays into the hands of autocracies. Democracies are vulnerable to manipulation. Faced with this threat, they are finally structuring their defense. Although the information war cannot be "won" once and for all, it calls for long-term action.
