The results demonstrate an absence of political will from state and federal authorities regarding the adoption of texts for high-level athletes, the specific needs of athletes not being met and their obligations not clearly defined. Which highlights the absence of a process of legitimization and homogenization of the action of public and federal authorities due to their inaction. |
