| Summary: | This article is based on the work carried out by the working group on Generative Artificial Intelligence, established by the Essec Chair of Change in February 2024. Composed of large companies and ETIs, this group named “Change IA” has committed to defining the necessary conditions and essential milestones for the successful integration of Generative Artificial Intelligence, with a particular focus on facilitating change. As part of this objective, the group has developed a prototype maturity assessment grid, specifically designed to measure an organization’s readiness for the implementation of Generative Artificial Intelligence. This prototype is now ready to be tested and to provide valuable insights into the conditions required for effective change. |
