In this context, the ESSEC Chair of Change has built an action research program with 12 companies to define the notion of Change Tech. This materialized through corporate experiments with tech tools to achieve change management deliverables. By taking up the literature on maturity models, we propose a maturity grid which takes into account the “technologization” of change management. The proposed grid allows companies to make a diagnosis of their practices and define development programs according to the level envisaged.La généralisation du digital et l’émergence de l’IA générative conduit à une convergence technologique qui impacte les pratiques de conduite du changement. Dans ce contexte, la chaire ESSEC du changement a construit un programme de recherche-action avec 12 entreprises pour définir la notion Change Tech. Cela s’est matérialisé par des expérimentations en entreprise d’outils tech pour réaliser les livrables de conduite du changement. En reprenant la littérature sur les modèles de maturité, nous proposons une grille de maturité qui tient compte de la « technologisation » de la conduite du changement. La grille proposée permet aux entreprises de faire un diagnostic de leurs pratiques et de définir des programmes de développement en fonction du niveau envisagé.Cairn restricted access |
