| Résumé: | The generalization of digital technology and the emergence of generative AI is leading to technological convergence which impacts change management practices. In this context, the ESSEC Chair of Change has built an action research program with 12 companies to define the notion of Change Tech. This materialized through corporate experiments with tech tools to achieve change management deliverables. By taking up the literature on maturity models, we propose a maturity grid which takes into account the “technologization” of change management. The proposed grid allows companies to make a diagnosis of their practices and define development programs according to the level envisaged. |
