| সংক্ষিপ্ত: | Faced with multifactorial requirements, healthcare establishments, like companies, must now optimize their operations. Healthcare managers, pivots between executives and operational teams, no longer limit themselves to organizing tasks: They must manage performance. A vague concept in this sector, performance, linked to the notions of quality, safety, and risk, seems paradoxical. The operating room, the economic lung of the hospital, becomes central to this management. The manager must innovate to achieve these objectives in a complex environment. This research shows that by creating a collective and a shared vision, value management broadens the field of possibilities, gives meaning, and energizes teams. Mobilizing entrepreneurial and personal values, the value thus created contributes to achieving the envisaged performance. |
