| Sumari: | Hospital managers are regularly asked to carry out projects within their establishments. To do this, a certain number of professionals, internal or external to their teams, are asked to participate actively. The purpose of this work is to highlight, on the one hand, the manifestations of collective intelligence within project teams. On the other hand, it is a question of studying how the leadership of the healthcare manager makes it possible to promote the development of this collective intelligence. In order to carry out this study, we compared the existing literature with the reality on the ground for 10 senior healthcare managers in order to determine what levers are implemented in two healthcare establishments. |
