| Sažetak: | Previously in charge of a single department in line with their specialty, proximity managers in hospitals are now required to share their working time between several departments, several teams, and several geographical sites. At the same time, technological developments now make possible new modes of communication between the manager and their team. The healthcare manager seems to be one of the last landmarks of proximity for hospital teams, shaken by the excesses of the "corporate" hospital and the severity of the health crisis. This article will endeavor to highlight the paradoxes generated by the remote work of the proximity manager, then the support levers mobilized around the establishment of a climate of trust, in line with the management of skills and empowerment of teams. |
