| Riassunto: | Through this article, the authors propose to mobilize an original grid in order to understand the complexity in organizations: the psychoanalytic approach. This choice is not neutral. Indeed, while the reading grids mobilized in general are part of a paradigmatic logic based on consciousness, the aim here is to put forward a grid of reading allowing us to take into consideration the unconscious. The objective is not to position oneself in a dichotomous posture, conscious vs. unconscious, but rather to show the possible simultaneous and dialogical grasp of these two aspects, which allows approaching human complexity. |
