| Περίληψη: | Further than their capacity to suggest and promote new technologies, increasingly sophisticated, for the study of human brain, neurosciences also demonstrate their ability and vocation to innovation. In fact, they are currently developing their field of investigation and action towards new solicitations. They are particularly contributing to the development of knowledge in relation to persons considered in their social and organizational contexts. In this article, we will deal with organizational cognitive neurosciences, understood as oriented towards the study of brain in relation with human behaviour in the context of organizations. The ‘brain-company’ and ‘brain as an innovation model’ paradigms we propose are worthy to grasp perspectives and to answer to the challenge of change. In this perspective, we rapidly present the phenomenon of cerebral conditioning, its efficiency and inflexibility. Finally, we refer to the ‘conquest’ of innovation, for which we deal with some aspects susceptible to be influenced by neurosciences. In fact, neurosciences may propose real possibilities to help us to evolve towards a realistic and biologically informed humanism. |
