The author of this essay includes the word « democracy » in a triad he creates : « democtisy-democracy-democrisy ». This triad represents three concepts which are distinct but linked because they relate to one phenomenon which he calls « demoticy », that is to say the people’s effort to conceive a project of society, to implement and evaluate it.
