Léopold Sédar Senghor : un postmoderne avant la postmodernité
Cultural issues are Senghor’s fondamental preoccupation. His pithy sentence : « Emotion is black and reason hellenic » has often been interpreted out of context, however, through his literary works and political action, he has proved himself as a true humanist and man of dialogue of cultures.
