| Итог: | This article deals with the phenomenon of homelessness, exploring the complex and intertwined causes that lead to and maintain individuals in this situation. Based on a field survey, it looks at the explanations given by medical and social emergency professionals for keeping the patients or users they meet remain on the streets. Beyond the lack of accommodation places, the research highlights the importance of individual factors (such as health problems or pathway breaks) and the influence of structural factors (such as social disqualification, stigmatization and inaccessibility to accommodation and care services). The article calls for a holistic and personalized approach to effectively combat homelessness, taking into account the diverse needs of individuals and supporting inclusive public policies. |
