Zusammenfassung:The law on the end of life will legalize an exception to the commandment of the collective superego “you shall not kill”, founder of every society. Inspired by an opinion moved by compassion, this exception calls for the contradictory. This proceeds here from the contradictory. It is through the “signal of death to come” that the subject will enter the end of life, into the “process of dying”, which allows him to erase himself psychically, before withdrawal from life, thanks to the exclusive relationship with another. This relationship may be either hindered by end-of-life dissociation states, which gives life to a feeling of abandonment and a request for euthanasia; or challenged by a philosophical position around the feeling of dignity.
