| Итог: | Our clinical encounters taking place in a child psychiatry service with adolescents experiencing severe difficulties have led us to consider the essential role played by expressive manifestations of acts and the relationship to the body during adolescence. We have frequently observed the way in which physical manifestations and actions, which unfold with force and intensity at this age, serve to express a complex and often indescribable reality, as much on a personal level as within interpersonal, indeed even transgenerational relationships. An analysis of structural values, which serve to express and communicate these manifestations, very often bear witness to a “psychic struggle” (Winnicott, 1982, Wawrzyniak & Schmit, 2008) in order to maintain continuity and coherence within the organisation of the personality and the system of relationships to others, and through this, continuity in the feeling of existence. We shall illustrate this through a detailed analysis of clinical encounters and the use of Rorschach and Village tests with an adolescent. An important place is given to the ways of perceiving and representing human figures, lived space and time, the means of integration of dynamic factors as well as ranges of expression and the achievement of purpose. We specify how feelings of existence, reality and belonging are central to the process of the quest for identity. The characteristics brought out are replaced in a unified understanding of the organisation of the personality and the relationship context of the adolescent; therein lie the essential pathways towards effective psychological support. |
