סיכום:In France, the concept of sustainability in the context of public management seems to be mostly assimilated to a financial and budgetary dimension. The objective of this research is to define the relevant dimensions of the concept using bibliometric methodology. The first result highlights the dual nature of public sustainability in the international literature. The second result broadens the conceptual perimeter of sustainability to the pillars of the ISO approach, i.e. economic, social and environmental issues. The third result brings new dimensions to the concept of sustainability thanks to emerging keywords in international literature. Finally, this article proposes a fourfold research agenda based on an external approach to economic issues, an internal approach to social issues, an integrated approach to environmental issues and opens to new concepts such as value creation and innovation.
