সংক্ষিপ্ত:Established in French colleges for more than 20 years, relay classes are institutional mechanisms initially designed to respond to the problems of violence encountered in secondary schools. There are, for a relatively short time, students of different ages, from various establishments. These young people, on the verge of dropping out of school, find themselves in a situation of personal suffering, even deep distress. Judged to be violent, restless, and ultimately unsuited to the system, these students are supported by teachers anxious to help them re-engage in their study path and regain confidence in their abilities. Thus, this research, with a descriptive and comprehensive aim, aims to highlight the many springs of the educational relationship in order to understand the way in which students are welcomed and taken care of within such a structure. Following Patricia and her collaborators, she retraces the journey of a team driven by the idea of transforming the way young people and their families look at themselves.
