| Итог: | Domestic violence constitutes one of the most common forms of intra--family violence. Multifaceted and complex, it affects all backgrounds, all ages and the number of situations described continues to increase. Some women manage to escape domestic violence while others are victims of continuous and repeated violence over long periods and, sometimes, with several successive partners. The psychological resources available to these women must be questioned, as well as the quality of their early bonds. To this end, we set up a research protocol within a Forensic Medicine department with the aim of better identifying the intrapsychic factors likely to encourage victims to set up a crisis recovery process. This article presents and analyses the clinical situation of Ms. Ella, a patient in the Forensic Medicine department since her separation from her partner following a first episode of violence. With the Rorschach projective test, we investigated the modalities of psychic construction and the resources available to the subject, in particular the quality of his mentalisation which represents, according to our hypotheses, a shield against the establishment of control and a an essential asset in the possibility of elaboring the trauma of violence. The results of this study confirm that the introjection of a secure internal object and the identification with supporting figures contribute to the development of solid resources and flexible psychological functioning. Also, the analysis of this clinical situation shows that the development of an operant mentalisation, supported by early invested bonds, contributes to the rapid detection of dysfunctions in the relationship, helps in the mobilisation of resources to escape from the violent bond. and guarantees the implementation of the psychological changes necessary for the development of the resulting trauma. |
