| Sumari: | The article aims to study the Baby Drawing, a new projective tool designed for use with mothers in the perinatal clinic to explore the establishment and quality of the mother-baby bond as well as its evolution after childbirth. The article briefly presents the characteristics of the perinatal period, a literature review on perinatal projective tools and an experimental section evaluating the receptive capacities of this new tool. The analysis of the clinical vignette supports our hypotheses, namely that the Baby Drawing was able to contain the participant’s projections, and in particular the representation of the mother-baby relationship in the antenatal and postnatal periods; the evolution between these two relational states was clearly and noticeably displayed on our chosen médium. These data converge with those obtained by the Rorschach. |
