| Résumé: | The contemporary psychiatric clinic confronts the caregivers to new syndromes and discourses that must be questioned in order to adapt therapeutic proposals. Modernity influences the psychic construction of young people, which translates into a clinic of the “pain of emptiness” where the subject seems suspended in a temporality devoid of any projection towards the future. The challenge for professionals is to overcome the negative effects of countertransference in order to reintegrate these young people into a future, offering them the opportunity to pass from the pain of emptiness to the suffering of being. |
