Περίληψη:Through this question posed from the title we seek to confront the respective discursive relationships – to the subject and to the truth – deployed from the point of view of criminology and psychoanalysis. This tension supposes effects on some institutional and clinical practices, not without revealing the political stakes. Our reflection comes from the experience of a praxis articulated to Lacanian teaching and attempts to support the ethics of analytic discourse – as a compass – in order to maintain a possible dialectic through the knotting/unknotting between psychoanalysis and politics. For this, it remains to maintain that psychoanalysis has always been current as far as the subject is bathed in the news of the social bond within which he continually questions his space of speech.
