| Gaia: | The experience of the last 40 years teaches us that the clinic of exclusion requires a transversal, multi-professional approach. The psychic dimension of this approach must necessarily re-interrogate its relationship with theory and invent modalities of intervention adapted to this type of situations. This article offers a brief retrospective look at the complexity of the exclusion process and to the reasons for the evolution of interventions in this field, followed by a reflection on the relationship between these interventions and the psychopathological foundations on which they are based. Claiming the importance of clinical experience in the development of theoretical references, always to be renewed in psychoanalysis, the article proposes an approach to the theory of trauma as a comprehensive paradigm for this atypical clinical experience. This non-language clinic, made up of unexpected encounters in situations that cannot be referred to the usual conditions of the session, is still to be reinvented. The approach of the “Cévennes network” created around Deligny, is proposed here as a source of inspiration. |
