| Riassunto: | In the context of the ecologization of public action, the governance of metropolitan areas is the focus of tensions between contradictory policies and knowledge-based orientations relating to urban development and biodiversity conservation. Based on a participatory prospective approach conducted in Bordeaux Métropole, this article deals with the role of transdisciplinarity in the exploration of future metropolitan socio-ecological trajectories aimed at reconciling both issues. It points up that articulation of heterogeneous knowledge from science and society may lead to the emergence of a coherent anticipatory governance and ecological investment of urban futures. The reflexivity of this approach also enables us to investigate the confrontation of temporalities specific to science, those specific to public action and those specific to nature. |
