| Sumari: | In this article, we studied the management of an Ivorian company over the period 1990–2020 in order to understand its evolution over time.
Our results make it possible to distinguish several managerial practices : the autocratic style over a long period (1990–2015), then the collegial style over a period of two years (2015–2016), followed by the return of the autocratic style over the period 2016–2020.
From our research, a key element emerges : Current management has been built around the understanding of cultural, religious, and managerial practices, which explains a balanced managerial approach.
