| Tóm tắt: | "Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), because of their educative mission and their role as employers, are encouraged to develop a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) policy. They thus consider the importance of measuring the impact of their commitments to better manage their strategy in this field. However, the challenges related to D&I measurement in HEIs are significant as the initiatives still lack structure. This article is based on a single case study of a Grande Ecole, mature in its D&I commitment, which decided to cooperate with an expert company to co-construct a transformational management tool. It aims to explore the conditions for developing the tool through a collaborative research approach and characterizes the strategic and operational implications of this experiment. We show that the new D&I measurement tool, and through it the collaboration with the partner, appears both as a lever for organizational legitimacy and transformation of the leading school and the higher education sector. Our contributions also highlight the need to structure the project internally around strategic support that involves all stakeholders." |
