الملخص:As with CSR, USR (University Social Responsibility) can be analyzed in the perspective of continuous improvement. USR is evolving from a constraining dimension (law no. 2009-967 of August 3, 2009; law no. 2013-660 of July 22, 2013), to a voluntary dimension (green plan, master plan “Sustainable development-social responsibility”, implementation of teaching for ecological transition…). Soft law texts issued by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research offer recommendations. In this context, dialogue with university stakeholders must be prioritized for the co-construction of an action program in terms of USR.
