| Shrnutí: | It is of the utmost importance to know the operational process of transformation in the field of change management within organizations. Over continuous periods – updated periodically –, since the realization of a change requires in-depth work, expertise cannot be given by the current approaches to change management, notwithstanding their qualities and promises. This note problematizes this subject by showing that transformation and consequently change are always achieved by the transformations of the mental structures governing the functioning and management of organizations.
