| Sumari: | Port activities have undergone major changes imposed by the globalization of production and the intensity of trade. These changes have had a major impact on port logistics particularly on the world maritime traffic. with their lead, Asian and European ports are taking over most of this traffic. Competition between international ports is very relentless. Despite the efforts made and its strategic position, Morocco is very late in this segment. The National Ports Agency (ANP), regulator of Moroccan ports, aware of this situation is faced with two major constraints, meeting the growing expectations of port stakeholders and involving this port community in improving the performance of ports.
