| Izvleček: | Cause of recurring periods of emergency due to natural disasters, local actors are often called upon to participate in recovery and development project. However, it’s noted, at the same time, the gradual loss of autonomy of the local community and the exclusion of their practical knowledge considering of top down logic of social participatory engineering. This injunctive situation is analyzed through two examples drawn from the field of the southern peninsula and some comprehensive interviews illustrating the invisibilization of the actors’ experiential knowledge. For this purpose, the “épistémologie du lien” is proposed as an alternative for a social economy of knowledge inspired by “buen conocer” movement. |
