Περίληψη:An example of transductive modulation, the dream is a working model, diurnal and nocturnal, continuous and endless, of a radical change or an intrapsychic and intersubjective, or even transsubjective, individual or group transformation of ideative content into visual images. A change in form due to dreamlike censorship which is followed by an uncertain, floating change of state. Nourished by utopias and ideologies, a prospective tool and pusher of limits, the dream contributes to fueling the work of incubation and development of processes of behavioral innovation (organizational, group, managerial, individual) occurring in clusters. It takes into account the importance of personal repression and social and professional cultural incorporations. Affected by the shortcomings of technological innovation, some would develop an intrapsychic defense mechanism in response to the weakening of intersubjective relationships and the “I”; behavioral innovation would be impacted.
