| Shrnutí: | We are not all equal when it comes to psychological and social risks at work. Risks are directly related to working conditions and increase when they deteriorate. For this reason, the recent mutations in capitalism, especially the development of precarious employment relationships and of « uberized » self-employed people, greatly expose workers to this kind of risks. We present in this paper some observations and analyses before to suggest several means for addressing them. |
