| Crynodeb: | The twentieth century linguistics took ambiguous stands as for the relationship between linguistic facts and psychic processes. The situation has undergone noticeable evolution thanks to the breakthroughs of the neurosciences (extended possibilities for observation of neural processes) and to new orientations of experimental psychology (introspection conceived of as a serious subject matter). Two questions arise from this paper. What part play neurosciences in the knowledge of language both as human faculty and as specific set of habits? To what extent linguistics can contribute to neuroscientific research? In conclusion, we get onto interdisciplinary research, its problems and prospect.
