Yhteenveto:This article explores the complex experiences of translation, positioned at the confluence of various epistemological fields, highlighting its role as a movement and oscillation through different spaces. Translation questions the boundaries between self and other, and navigating through transitional spaces, calling care and support professionals to a counter-transferential experience formulated here as « where am I ? » Based on theorisations of translation processes, this article explores the processes of transformation within groups and individuals, through the everyday navigation faced by professionals in the fields of care and support, dealing with the effects of delocation inherent in translation processes and prompting reflections on their position. Through a transdisciplinary modelling of the topology of translation, the article proposes a mapping of navigation across disciplinary boundaries, rooted in the counter-transferential experience. Translating is thus explored in its knotwork with clinical experience, marked by the in-between spaces of language, ultimately fostering a deeper engagement with the self, others and the community in the therapeutic and care contexts.
