সংক্ষিপ্ত:This article analyses the role of intermediaries in the international mobility of Ivorian students based on interviews, observations, and analysis of secondary data. We show that these intermediaries are multiplying in a context of strong aspirations for international mobility, an increase in tertiary education offer for international students, particularly in the private sector, and changing policies. As they position themselves on the ‘international mobility market’, these intermediaries aim to support students’ projects in all their facets, from administrative procedures to reception in the destination country, with procedures that differ according to the nature of the intermediation. The diversity of these intermediaries is thus highlighted and a typology of their activities is drawn up according to their involvement in student training and the more or less exclusiveness of the institution(s) they represent. The cumulative nature of their profiles and activities is also highlighted. Finally, the role played by these intermediaries in channeling and privatizing the choices of the supported students is shown.
