| الملخص: | Politics is inseparable from administration. Authority (the first meaning of power) is subject to administrative rules that it must respect and enforce. This article shows that the logic of responses that can be the subject of a claim has come to make us forget the other meaning of “power,” that of the possible, which pertains to the singular and requires a commitment from social workers as much as from those who guide them in their training.
