| Riassunto: | RésuméThe arms trade is clearly a particular commodity exchange, his moralizing, one of the thorny problems that countries are trying to resolve within their own territory and abroad (Convention against corruption adopted by the OECD in 1997). For, ultimately, it is corruption that is, corruption is generally characterized by greater discretion, but sometimes mutating into public scandal (the Al Yamamah deal between the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia). If the OECD argues for transparency in trade between customers and agents in the export credit corporations and, in particular the granting of commissions justified, the dilemma remains unchanged for the actors of these exchanges: accept the wishes of a client corrupted or suffer to see him go to the competition? |
