| Tóm tắt: | This study takes an in-depth look at entrepreneurial policies in France, including whether public policies aimed at promoting women entrepreneurship align with the needs and expectations of women entrepreneurs. By conducting qualitative research involving both women entrepreneurs who benefit from women-specific policies and actors involved in the policies’ creation and implementation, this study reveals significant discrepancies, which manifest in four main themes: promotion of a male-oriented approach to women entrepreneurship, valorization of ambition as the sole solution to the challenges faced by women entrepreneurs, perpetuation of a niche vision of women entrepreneurship, and mobilization of a post-feminist and neoliberal approach to supporting women entrepreneurship. The study offers important perspectives for redefining policies in favor of women entrepreneurs by promoting political strategies that are more inclusive and representative of the diversity of women entrepreneurship in France. |
