| Résumé: | Entrepreneurship has been idealised as an individual activity due to the dominant role of its leader. More recent research has highlighted the singular nature of the wider collective dimension in the act of entrepreneurship. Collective interactions are known to be a source of appropriation that strengthens the entrepreneurial process. The aim of this research is therefore to define the organisational processes of this hybridisation of individual and collective dynamics in entrepreneurial ecosystems (EEs). The individual and/or collective nature of such dynamics also requires clarification within these organisations. This work is based on a unique case study of a space dedicated to incubation and acceleration in the InsurTech (French AssurTech) field, in which several large French mutual insurance companies are stakeholders. |
