| Sumari: | The psychoanalytic study of the management of ocd in cognitive-behavioral therapy allows us to state that the cognitive unconscious is a conscious unconscious, localized and structured by accessible thoughts stored in memory. It does not correspond at all to the Freudian definition of the unconscious in psychoanalysis, which is based on a sexual gap. We do not need to oppose each other but to conceive of this radical otherness that places us in two metapsychological fields, involving two different methods and two different therapeutic objectives. |
