We will focus here on two main themes: the place of transference to an institution, which must be differentiated from that which we usually identify in treatment, and the strength of the « therapeutic effects » which in reality constitute a tipping point between pyramidal institutions and the truth of an institutional psychotherapy separated from all forms of ancient “psychological supremacism.” |
