| Shrnutí: | When Ezekiel received as an order to eat the book, the same order that is repeated in the Apocalypse of Saint John, it was to inaugurate the prophetic word. The issue here is that the relation to the original text, to the materiality of the Letter – what is most real in language we might suggest – is that the relation to the textual, to textual knowledge, is not a relation of commentary on referential knowledge in Jewish prophecy. Undoubtedly, in the digestion of S2, the analysand’s knowledge, the analyst, through the act of interpretation is closer to the position of the prophet than of the commentator. Should we likewise read Lacan beyond the commentary? |
