| الملخص: | Interactive online maps are ubiquitous in French society. As a result, they are at the heart of the Bibliothèque nationale de France’s legal deposit mission, now extended to all digital documents. However, since the turn of the century, their collection has been hampered by the organization and materiality of these cards, which are out of all proportion to the documentary units usually received in libraries. This article uses this case study to examine how legal deposit and its tools can renew themselves to meet their documentary objectives. |
