| Samenvatting: | The author presents the system, created by the family meeting service of a “Maison départementale Enfance et Famille” ensuring mediated visits between placed children and their families. These families are in great difficulty in their ability to historicize and sense making, which leads to recurrent violence. Beyond the primary mission of protecting the child, this service understands mediated visits as a place where work can begin on the subjective appropriation of embedded infantile and transgenerational traces that disrupt the family and its members in quality of their relational links. The professional practices are conceptualized from a theorical-clinical model based on the following axis: securing the environment and reflexivity work, both conveyors of work of contenance ; the thirdness who conveys a differentiation of psychic spaces. These axis help to revive symbolization processes within these suffering families. |
