要約:This article is the result of a multidisciplinary commission that brought together caregivers with various training backgrounds: psychiatrists, nurses, general practitioners, and a regular member of UNAFAM (National Union of Friends and Families of the Mentally Ill). The topic addressed concerned working with the family in the context of hospitalization for a first psychotic episode. Psychiatric hospitalization often has a significant traumatic impact on the hospitalized patient, but also on the family. Many authors emphasized the importance of the alliance between the family and healthcare professionals. Difficulties persist in practice. The establishment of these exchanges contributes to the construction of a therapeutic alliance. The appendix contains draft recommendations for good practice on exchanges between families and hospital teams during hospitalization for a first psychotic episode.
