| Samenvatting: | By taking ecoanxiety into account, this article proposes to examine the concept of uncertainty in therapy. After clarifying the concept of ecoanxiety in the current context, we describe the issues arising from it and the challenges encountered by therapists during their treatments. How does uncertainty, which is shared by client and therapist call into question the role of each? Which practices emerge from the encounter of different clinical situations? How can we consider complexity, which occurs at multiple levels, while fostering a resilient therapy framework, despite the experience of crisis and the absence of reassuring answers? We will suggest pathways drawn from ecopsychology, community approaches and psychotraumatology, combining them with complex thinking as conceptualized by Edgar Morin, and exploring how they can be used to address ecoanxiety. |
