| Tóm tắt: | OCD are now the subject of two approaches that are not only distinct but correspond to two different conceptions of the human being. One, which I present, inspired by psychoanalysis, sees OCD, previously called obsessive rituals, as a language that I qualify as analogical, intended to essentially mask unbearable thoughts. The other, a so-called scientific, mechanistic vision, sees OCDs as a disease of neurophysiological origin. The therapeutic propositions stemming from these two visions are obviously very different. |
