| Zusammenfassung: | Endometriosis is a complex pathology that affects the intimacy of approximately one in ten women of childbearing age. Pain and infertility are the main symptoms. The repercussions of this disease can affect a woman’s entire life and generate major psychological suffering. The psychoanalytical conception of the subject and the body allows a precious analysis of the impacts of this pathology and their incidences. These impacts send us back to the encounter with a real (Lacan), namely the place of an impossible that arises for the endometriotic patients. We have isolated three that these women seem to encounter in particular. Three reals that are the real of medicine, the real of the sick body and the real of an impossible motherhood like so many compasses to orient oneself in this singular clinic still little studied in the field of psychoanalytic psychopathology. |
