| 總結: | The aim of this paper is to consider what gender brings to international economic law observing a dual movement: on one hand, gender has become an element of discourse within international economic law, and on the other, international economic law is increasingly analyzed through the lens of gender theories. In the first perspective, international economic law has progressively integrated gender discourse, notably through WTO initiatives and the inclusion of specific clauses in next-generation free trade agreements. However, this discourse on gender remains limited and reductive, as the concept is primarily utilized within its economic aspects. Looking at another perspective, international economic law is increasingly studied through queer theory, which criticizes the patriarchal and heteronormative structures underpinning the field. A queer approach, guided by concepts like homonormativity and homocapitalism, calls for a deconstruction of the neoliberal biases that permeate the discipline. |
