Streszczenie:How sexual abuse in the Church is judged elsewhere: perspectives from foreign lawIn many countries, the plight of victims of sexual abuse perpetrated within the Catholic Church, whether by priests or members of religious congregations, has raised questions about recognition and redress for the harm caused.
